WHERE IS IT THE SAFEST NEIGHBORHOOD TO LIVE IN SAN DIEGO?

San Diego is an incredible place to live, it comes with a variety of neighborhoods that are very distinct from each other, and in almost every 20 miles you are in a place that feels very different from where you were before. You will find mountains, beach, ranches, and more, not too far away from each other. Nature and climate are beautiful and pretty rare to find. Many families decide to move to San Diego County so their kids can grow up in an amazing place where they can play on the grass, sand, playgrounds, and water not having to worry about how cold or hot it is outside. When it comes to safety, the County is very safe in its whole, but we decided to list the top 5 for you.

01) Rancho Bernardo (W Bernardo dr/ Aguamiel Rd)

This is a large-scale planned community that has pretty much everything you and your family need, such as shopping malls, schools, groceries, pharmacies, golf courses and all kinds of business that give you the assistance you need on a daily bases. It’s also the northernmost residential community within the City of San Diego.

02) Miramar

Miramar area includes residential areas as well as commercial and light industrial districts located in the northern part of the city of San Diego. An interesting fact about Miramar is that it was the site of the movie TOPGUN in 1986 with Tom Cruise. Most of the residents in the area live in the Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, which was formerly the Naval Air Station Miramar.

03) Scripps Ranch (Alliant international U / Pomerado Rd)

Scripps Ranch is a very beautiful inland community in San Diego that is known for its boating and fishing recreations in Miramar Reservoir (located within Scripps Ranch). It’s an amazing place to live with a family.

04) Carmel Valley (Black Mountain Rd /  Carmel Vally Rd)

Carmel Valley is a suburban planned community that is composed of residential units, commercial offices, hotels, restaurants, retail stores, and much more. It’s one of the finest wine growing regions in California and has a subline pastoral river valley. Carmel rivers offer endless opportunities for entertainment and recreation. An interesting fact about Carmel Valley is that there’re three championship golf courses.

05) Fairbanks Ranch (Via Cuesta Verde / Circa Oriente)

Fairbanks Ranch is a gated community. The entire population is contained within two gated communities that are divided into North and South sections. There are some pristine amenities that include 24-hour security, local park, 5 tennis courts, BBQ & Picnic area, beautiful clubhouse, and much more.
